Our History
While designing a space for his own home, Jeff was surprised to see how limited his options were when it came to fire features.Having a professional design background and extensive experience in production, Jeff decided to build his own. The full control over design and build allowed Jeff to create a fire feature that was tailored to compliment his outdoor living space while maintaining the unmatched quality necessary to handle outdoor conditions.
During the process, Jeff learned of the versatility of GFRC as an endless opportunity material and began challenging himself to the design possibilities it offered. Having already created an extensive collection, Jeff founded Stoneheart to share his passion and create the impossible for those looking for it.

Our Material
All of our pieces, including the materials that go into them, are proudly made in the United States of America
We use a number of materials with Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) as the structural building block. GFRC is lightweight, strong, weather resistant, fire retardant, impermeable, attractive and sustainable. The process of fabricating our most important material produces no chemical off-gas or byproducts. Don’t take it from us.

BURNER TECHNOLOGY
Along with GFRC, all of our tables incorporate Warming Trends CrossFire Burners. These burners utilize cutting-edge technology to produce a taller, brighter, fuller flame and are made of brass. Unlike other burners made from stainless steel, brass is corrosion resistant and will not rust, which eliminates the need for replacement.Warming Trends burners uses a specific air-to-gas ratio that generates high velocity gas flow and pulls more oxygen into the jet chamber – feeding the combination into the flame at the point of combustion. This causes the gas and oxygen mixture to shoot out of the jet at a high velocity as a super-charged flame, like water out of a fire hose.
